1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Live Internet Speed (this website), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, as described in Changes to these terms below.

2. Description of service

Live Internet Speed is a free, browser-based internet speed test that measures download speed, upload speed, ping, jitter, and loaded latency using Cloudflare's global measurement network. Results are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only. A single test result is a snapshot of your connection at that moment, on that device and network path — it is not a guarantee of your internet service provider's performance at all other times, and it does not constitute a service-level commitment from us, your ISP, or Cloudflare.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only for its intended purpose: running occasional, manual speed tests. You agree not to:

• Automate, script, or programmatically batch-run tests in a way intended to abuse, overload, or scrape the measurement service;
• Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the availability of the site or the underlying measurement infrastructure;
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions; or
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access for use that we reasonably believe violates this section.

4. No warranty

The service and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may differ — sometimes significantly — from other speed test providers (such as Speedtest.net or Fast.com) due to differences in server location, network routing, and testing methodology; see our Methodology page for a full explanation of why that happens and how we interpret results. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Internet Speed and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, this service — including decisions made based on a speed test result.

This limitation-of-liability language is standard placeholder boilerplate and is explicitly marked as pending review by qualified legal counsel before production launch. It should not be relied upon as finalized legal advice or a complete liability waiver in any jurisdiction.

6. Third-party services

Running a test on this site sends measurement traffic — and, if enabled, anonymous analytics beacons — to Cloudflare, Inc., whose infrastructure powers the underlying speed test engine. That traffic is governed by Cloudflare's own terms, available at cloudflare.com/website-terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, Cloudflare's infrastructure, availability, or policies. 7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking back periodically if you rely on this service regularly.
