Questions, bug reports, feedback, or legal inquiries — here's how to reach us and where to look first.

Get in touch

Live Internet Speed is a small, independent project. If you've found a bug, spotted a result that looks wrong, have feedback on how the test could be clearer or more useful, or need to raise a privacy or legal matter, email is the best way to reach us. We read every message, though as a small team we can't guarantee a specific response time.

Before you email

Depending on what you need, one of these pages may answer your question faster than waiting for a reply:

  • Accuracy or methodology questions — if you want to understand how a test is run, why results can vary between runs or between different speed test tools, or what each metric (download, upload, ping, jitter, loaded latency) actually means, see our methodology page first.
  • Data or privacy questions — if you want to know what information is collected when you run a test, how Cloudflare (our test infrastructure) processes network and IP data, or how to request removal of any stored history, see our privacy policy.
  • Accessibility issues — if you use assistive technology and something on the site is hard to use, unclear, or broken, please use the dedicated channel described on our accessibility statement so it reaches the right place.

If none of the above covers what you need, or you've already checked and still have a question, email us at hello@example-placeholder.com — general feedback and bug reports are always welcome there too.
